I apologize if this has been asked before but I haven’t played this game in a long while and I saw some sweet changes and I need someone to update me please.
Is HCS here to stay? Is the new motion detectors only for HCS as well as magnum starts only? Are there plans to put this in other playlists?
Honestly I couldn’t stand the motion detector before and ARs and these changes makes this game AWESOME imo and I just hope I can enjoy this for a long while instead of just a monthly playlist or something.

Yes thank you! I saw 2 of them but missed the first one. So just to clarify, the plan is to put the new motion tracker across all playlists? I also didn’t get if the HCS playlist is here to stay?
I think it would be a bad idea to implement these changes across ALL playlist. They need an HCS playlist, ranked, and social. Halo is already hard enough to make it even harder would not only take more fun out of it, it would cause the population to decrease even more.

Yes it is already worth less and the changes make it even worse IMO. If they want to have players rely less on it just remove it already. There was nothing wrong with how it was. To me it should be a 25m range and any one in motion should appear unless they are crouch walking or walking really slow.

Yeah I can see how you feel that way. Halo has been like that from the beginning. I really enjoy how titanfall’s map works and this is very similar. It allows for you to be aware of where the action is happening but still allows you to move around the map speedily and flank without you or the enemy knowing where you are.
It’s literally why I haven’t played halo 5 up until now. This new playlist is what I’ve been wanting for so long now
