HCS Launch Armor Coating available in inventory but HCS Launch Weapon Coating not there

I have watched both streams for 1hr and redeemed the HCS Launch Weapon and Armor Coatings through twitch (Yesterday). When I logged on today, I see the Armor coating, but not the weapon coating and the weapon coating does not display in my redeemed code history even though it shows claimed through my twitch drops. Any tips on how to get this to show up in-game?

I have none in my inventory and expecting both

One of the guys on the video I was watching for the Armor coating said it mite take up to a day.

What stream do I have to watch for the armor coating? I got the weapon coating but I’ve been reading conflicting reports that I won’t get armor coating from watching the main Halo stream.

Same issue here. Have the items in my inventory, twitch link shows my username properly but no items in game.

I guess I shouldn’t be suprised that again, 343 cannot properly launch something without somehow messing something up first in this execution lol.

Having similar problem, have all 3 on Twitch but none in-game.

same -Yoink!-,i recieved the items in twitch app,but nada oin waypoint…cant be that hard…

had to jump through hoops just to link twitch with halo,never had prob linking prime etc.

microsoft should make things hasstle free,theres teething problems,then theres having your teeth kicked out.lol.

I unlocked everything on twich but I have nothing in my inventory of infinite halo.
Do you know how to get this problem solved please?

If it’s any consolation to you, I got the HCS Launch giveaway at launch and it only came with the HCS Armor coating & not the weapon coating.

Got this response to this issue for any interested:

"Thanks for following our instructions. At this time, we don’t have a workaround and can’t predict when there might be a resolution, but your issue has been logged with our developers. They will use the information you provided during their investigation.

So they’re aware of it basically and aware that it needs a fix on their end :slight_smile:
