I redeemed all 3 HCS items on Twitch and linked my account to Halo Waypoint, but no items appear in Infinite, anyone have a similar problem or now a fix for this?

I had this issue as well and I’m pretty sure it was because it said my Twitch account was ‘…’ under my linked profiles instead of my twitch account. Once that was fixed, any new loot I redeemed showed up instantly once I redeemed on twitch.
I did make a Twitch alt to get the loot I claimed when the link was broken so I’m not sure if you can still get it or not. Someone may have been able to get it to work a different way.
I had this happen too… apparently a different account was linked… not my main account so my kids got the armor coating. I have the correct account linked but doesn’t seem like I can get the coating swapped over…
Twitch says its not their problem… i dont know who to contact about it.
