I’ve had no issue with twitch drops before, my accounts are all linked correctly.
However, the two drops for watching an hour of the HCS grand final have not unlocked correctly:
Gladiator’s Edge - BR
HaloWC Trophy - Charm
They show as unlocked in my twitch drop inventory but do not appear on my waypoint redemption history and therefore not in the game.
I’ve submitted a ticket to Halo support already but wanted to see if it’s unlocked correctly for anyone on here.
I haven’t had any issues with any of the Twitch drops this season.
Lots of people have though.
I have the same issue with the BR Skin I watched it all and grabbed it but it’s not showing up when I go to the weapon bench please help me I wanna get my Diamond BR skin
I’m not sure what to tell y’all, it unlocked for me immediately.
Try resetting the game a few times maybe?
I have the same issue. Unlocked and claimed on twitch, but is not showing in game or on Halo waypoint history.
I’m having the same issue, with the same drops. I claimed all drops from last weekend. My account has been linked. Zero issues prior to this. I did not recieve the Gladiators Edge Br skin or the Halo WC22 Cup Trophy. Items are claimed on twitch, don’t show up in waypoint. I’ve contacted Waypoint and Twitch customer service only to receive generic responses pretty much saying that they don’t know whats going on or why it happened, but never stated if someone was going to look into it or if I was ever going to receive the items down the road.
