I was wondering why the platinum & finals packs contents are not showing up in my Halo 5 inventory.

When you entered the code, here on Waypoint, did you receive a notification that basically says you received the pack?

Well, when you click on that notification it should take you directly to your inventory, and it will be there.

Well none of the items have shown up and still haven’t, not even the ones from last week.

I really couldn’t tell you. I have never heard of this being a problem.

Me either, I thought it was a glitch or something. Weird :upside_down_face: huh

Haven’t heard of anyone else having this issue over the weekend. If you got the notification it should be there. If you’re checking on your console you might need to do a hard reset to clear the cache and then try again, otherwise they should be in you unopened packs here on Waypoint
