Yesterday while they gave out the codes for the HCS Skin Pack I entered the Code and recieved the pack.
When I tried to open it, it just loaded. After 2 minutes it still hasn´t been open so I stopped the process.
Now it says I haven´t any unopen REQ Packs but I haven´t recieved the skins either.
Already tried a hardreset, played a few hours but still nothing.
Does anyone have an idea what to do? Thanks in advance.
Are you talking about the codes during the broadcast of the HCS? Because those codes aren’t for a skin pack, they’re just for a regular gold req pack.

The pack that you can get the HCS skins from is the 80,000 RP pack currently being offered, as well as each of the individual teams’ packs though, so you can still get em if you’ve got the RP for it, anyways.

During the broadcast they keep teasing that they will give away HCS skins, that is where the confusion comes from. The packs they have given so far are gold packs.
