You got to make sure you’re fully linked, you can be half linked, last time i had to make a second twitch account, unlink the first twitch and link the new one, going to this site to make sure it’s linked fully and the twitter page to fully link it
So basically unlink on both sites, then create a new account, then link both accounts from both ends confirming you got both fully linked before claiming the item
