I looked around and that last info I found was that they are not in yet and no one is 100% sure of how to get them or when they will be

They currently are in game i believe, go to your Req collection, look under weapon skins and go straight to the end. You will see the Assault Rifle and Pistol skin.

The Data is in. But they are not unlockable yet. There are people in Reddit posting that when they buy a gold or silver pack, they are only getting RP (because they unlocked all the items already in game)
So we don’t know if they are actually in or not yet, but it is swinging to the “Not unlockable yet” catagory
