HCR (High Council Reborn) is a new military clan led by me, only with about twenty members but we just started. We want to grow and we’d love to have you join us. It has a simplistic structure and ranking system, easy set of rules, and we try to stick together like a family. Most people in the clan are 13-17.
We’re based on four pillars of design: respect (every member is required to be treated kindly), activity (always doing things together all the time), fun (we want to make the experience enjoyable) and appropriateness/maturity (we want people to be serious and cooperative during key events like training, but they can still goof off at other times).
We are planning to be split into squads of 24 and divisions of 5 squads. Every squad has its own armor, colors, forge base (for meetings), video (a montage showing off clan members mixed in with fun machinima clips), initiation test, and schedule. Squads have names while Divisions are numbered like Division-1, Division-2, etc.
Rules are (1) Respect others, (2) listen to superiors, (3) actively participate, (4) be serious when necessary, (5) recruit members as much as you can, and (6) clan is family. Three strikes and you receive a punishment.
Ranks are recruit (clan noobie, must pass a division initiation test to be promoted), enlisted (gains right to vote and be in clan battles), officer (long-time veterans, expected to be good role models, can host game nights, can choose a specialty, can initiate clan members), squad leader (leads squad, can give strikes, decides on squad specifics, chooses specialties), division leader (oversees division, gives punishments to three-strike violators, is responsible for promoting/demoting, plans clan battles), and clan leader (me).
A specialty is a special position in your squad you can apply for at the rank of Officer. This can be anything from demolitions to close quarters to sniping. You get special armor depending on your specialty.
Lastly, armors are required only for weekdays.
