So, I received this e-mail about receiving an Special Req. Pack because of the feedback provided for Halo’s 5 Development. Thing is I changed My Gamertag Before the release of Halo 5: Guardians. In the E-Mail said that If I thought there was an error on my Gamertag I should take a survey that came with that e-mail to correct it, which I did.
It said that they updated their database Monthly, Now it’s november and I havent received the Req. Pack. Does someone knows when will I receive it? Or where can I send an email, asking for this?
