HCFP - no req pack still?

hey, I completed the HCFP survey a while back but haven’t gotten the req pack that includes the librarian emblem yet.

is there any word on when those will roll out?

The emblem is awarded a couple of times per year. It may take a couple of hcfp packs before you will get it.

How do players unlock the HCFP pack?

Try registering again. I remember packs being twice a year.
