I’ve been seeing mixed reports from other players about latency issues in the coop campaign for HCE. The host of the game seems to run the game just fine, but the guests seems to have an exceptionally sub-par experience thanks what seems like half a second of latency between their actions on the controller and the corresponding action on screen. I took a quick couple of videos to demonstrate the issue, which is two fold: the input to shoot or move is not relayed instantaneously, and any shooting done is not done where the actual reticulate is aiming.

Have you guys been having issues as well?
Yes, I also had massive “input-lag” when playing the online co-op campaign of Halo 4 in the MCC.
I also know that there are other people who have the same issue, there already have been several threads about it in this forum.
The issue has also be mentioned at Reddit.
For me, the issue is so massive, that I can not even aim or move correctly. I guess “sluggishness” actually describes the feeling very well.
This is especially worrysome for me, as I wanted to do Halo 4 LASO playlist. We could only finish the first level, and a main reason for why we got stuck in a certain room in the second level was, that I was not able to shoot at a moving Elite in the distance with my carbine correctly.
However, I have already made a thread about a possible solution:

If you post there, you will get the thread backup and maybe someone at 343i reads it.
