I believe I’ve managed to bug out my HBOrg special.
Unfortunately while completing the achievement my XboxLive got disconnected and after getting to the disco with the dancing brute I didn’t get the achievement pop.
I reset the game, tried again and unfortunately it didn’t work.I have since restarted the PC and have attempted the achievement 2 more times, this time on co-op, my friends I did it with again did unlock the achievement in the session I was also in… I’ve also tried being the host and not being the host, just to rule out any bugs, but I’m pretty sure that the error is purely to do with the brief disconnect I had originally.The achievement doesn’t show as unlocked on Steam, Xbox Live or in game.Hopefully there’s a way to fix it, potentially by resetting the achievements triggers or something on those lines?
But I have no idea how to do it.
Tried another pc restart, a different group of friends and a difficulty change and still hasn’t worked.
The group I was with received the achievement, but I didn’t.
Not sure what else to try.
I’m having the same issue for multiple achievements. HBorg Special, Fly, You Fools! and Game Breaker
Damn. I’m glad I’m not the only one, but sucks you’ve got the same issue as myself.
I recently tried signing into another xbl account and back into my own in hopes it might reset something or unlock the achievement, unfortunately that didn’t resolve the issue either.
I’ve also got a support ticket on the go, no response just yet but if I get any useful info that we can do client side I’ll pass it along. @AS5AS5IN ZOmBIE
A few more achievements aren’t unlocking as well now. Swift and Shallow, Two Corpses In One Grave and They’ve Always Been Faster. Kinda sucks but I hope this gets fixed soon

I’ve had a similar issue with the Marine Bio achievement and the Banshee achievement on The package. First time I attempted them I had the anti-cheat disabled because of modding prior to playing the campaign and forgot to turn it back on. From what I can tell, if the game thinks you are supposed to get the achievement but don’t, because either you are disconnected from live or have the anti-cheat off, it won’t trigger the achievement again because the game thinks you have it but live doesn’t know so it doesn’t unlock.
It’s weird because the games achievement list which is separate to Xbox Live and Steam also says the achievement isn’t unlocked too.
Maybe having campaign specific achievements triggers resetting on mission start could solve the issue we’re having? And the triggers don’t get reset if the games actual achievement list has registered that the achievement has been unlocked? @keeper317
I’m sure the problem is far more complicated than that, just a random shot in the dark.
Hopefully there’s a fix for this anyway, I had a check around the forum and it seems there’s a fair amount of people that are having the same issue as us unfortunately.
There’s probably other achievements that have bugged for me too that I’m unaware of, but as of yet the only one I know of is still HBOrg special.

just out of curiosity what difficulty are you playing on for them? I know Easy doesn’t unlock a lot of them.
I’ve tried all the difficulties. Easy, Normal, Heroic and Legendary just to cover my bases, I know I’m bugged because friends I was playing with on a later reattempt all unlocked the achievement par myself… I also have the achievement where you swap the song over too, just not HBOrg special. keeper317

I’ve tried some of them on different difficulties and some of them have unlocked but HBorg is definitely not unlocking
I’m still waiting on a response, just about to tick over to 2 weeks, I assume they’re pretty swamped with requests at the moment, so I’ll probably leave it up for another week or so before making another ticket.
