Now that we have armour mods at different levels why can’t we have two of them when we have the total req energy? It would be cool to have speed boosters and upgraded thrusters at the same time.
To keep it balanced, you’d probably have to reach Level 9 REQs to use two armor mods at once.

That’s what I meant but I didn’t say it very well. You could have the combined number equal to the total Req levels of the mods you want. So you could have 3 level 3 mods or 2 level 4’s or a 4 and 5.
No, as chaotic and crazy as Warzone is meant to be the ability to equip only one armor mod is in direct response to the chaos having two perks could bring in Halo 4’s multiplayer. Being able to equip only one armor mod allows players to increase their strength in one specific area of states without being too powerful. It helps keep things grounded and fair.
Imagine being able to equip the plasma and splinter grenade mods. Not only do you now start out with a total of four grenades, you can now carry a total of eight. Or you pair one grenade mod with the improved grenade mode and now you carry two frags and up to three splinter grenades that do extra damage while taking reduced damage from them.
Or pairing upgraded shields and increased strength. You can now survive sniper headshots and energy bayonets while dishing out extra melee and Spartan Charge damage on top of increased Spartan Charge range.
Or reflex enhancer and patrol case, giving you more ammo for loadout weapons while your weapon handling and reload speed have been increased.
And if you use vehicles you could use wheelman and splinter grenades, allowing you to have resistance to EMP and damage while also having an EMP grenade on you in case you need to get out of the vehicle to combat infantry.
These combos are insanely overpowered and would ruin Warzone. Especially the first one. Grenade spam is already bad enough in Halo games, now you’re asking for the ability for people to use eight grenades at once?

Warzone Turbo is meant to be crazy but I don’t see how it supports your point
I could see having two armour mods at once by reaching level 8 or 9 but other than that it’s unbalanced so…

It could work in it purely due to the crazy nature.
I’m thinking with armour mods it would be good to be able to equip multiple mods but the levels would stack so to equip 2 level 3 mods you would need level 6.
I like the changes made to the mods but I’m still only using the mods I would of been using I’m just using them evenly through out the match switching as I level up but the same mods I was ignoring are still being ignored.
I think it would be rather balanced with them stacking levels you could only possibly have the op mods with weaker mods with exception to the grenader mod and vehicle mod which could possibly allow some one to survive 2 grenaded hijacks.
Splitting the mods into 2 sections would balance it specifically to each mod. Basing it on usage might be plausible like section 1 having most used mods and the 2nd the least used mods.
