Alright so I created my custom challenges but they don’t show up anywhere in-game and then also when I try to come back on the internet I can’t load the challenges page for some reason and whenever it does load something it says “Service Error.” I also don’t get my kills tracked on waypoint for the custom challenges for some reason.
Any help would be appreciated.

Custom challenges don’t appear in game - you need to track them through the site or Waypoint on the dashboard. Waypoint is also a bit buggy at the moment; I had the same error when trying the dashboard earlier, but they’re still tracking (or are for me, at least) and can still be turned in when complete.
Yea I get a “service error” thing every time I try to access the Challenges page on this site.
I am also getting the Service error message. I have had it for almost 24 hours… Any body know a way to fix it? Are my custom challenges still tracking the medals and kills I am receiving?
Yea I have tried multiple computers at multiple locations and I keep getting the “Service Error” page everytime I try to access My Challenges page. Can someone address this please?

Getting the exact same problem on every computer when trying to view the challenge page. Give’s me the following paragraph:

The point is I have absolutely NO way of accessing or managing this new custom challenge feature.
Yup same message for me. Iv’e tried everything to get in contact with 343i. But Iv’e had no luck. I just hope that they are aware of this issue and are trying to fix it.
You and I both, but apparently they’re up to their ears in maintenance right now. I’m surprised they don’t seem to have any clear error reporting method.
Yea guys its been almost a week and I am still getting the “Service Error” page when trying to view my challenges page. Doesn’t matter what computer or internet I am on I always get that message. I hope they fix this soon.
Seriously. Some one on twitter finally brought this problem to 343’s attention, so hopefully they will fix it soon.
Yea it is still not working.
I haven’t been able to access Custom Challenges at all. Whenever I try to click on the Challenges tab, the image expands, and nothing happens. Anyone know if this is going to be fixed? Or it just me?

I hope 343 Industries is aware of this issue because myself and quite a few other people have been looking forward to the making and doing the custom challenges and have been missing out on it for more than a week now.

I was able to make two custom challenges about 5 days ago. Now everytime I try to access the page again I get the ERROR. I hope they fix it soon, this seems like a really cool and fun idea that i’d like to get into.

Same sort of thing happened to me. I really was looking forward to the custom challenges only to be disappointed. I hope they fix this error soon.
343 can we expect an update on the situation as I still cant make custom challenges because i get an error everytime i try and enter the challenges page
Yup me too. Honestly, I don’t think they are even trying to fix it.
