Some will say that Warzone will be more fun without giving players the ability to call in power wepons and vehicles as they please. I say that ability, that increase in player freedom- gives Warzone an unique distinction from BTB. In my opinion, Warzone works well as its own mode because of the player’s ability to call in weapons and vehicles- and if I wanted to fight over weapons and vehicles with my team and the enemy team, I would just play BTB.
However, I am open to having a version of Warzone that combines fighting for power weapons and calling in stuff. Here is my idea for a revised Warzone:
Keep the Home bases. Instead of being able to call in everything at your home base, limit the Home base as a place to only edit loadout weapons, use armor mods, and call in vehicles. - Have capturable drop zones were less powerful power weapons( storm rifles, lightrifles, pisltols, stuff like that) can spawn. - Have uncapturable drop zones that are easily accessible to both teams were more powerful power weapons(Snipers, launchers, melee weapons ect.) spawn. - After earning a number of kills, players can choose and call in a weapon from a selection between a launcher, close range weapon, and sniper rifle that will spawn at the uncapturable drop zone. (This idea is similar to the ordinance drops from Halo 4, but limited to a small selection of weapons, and it not always available to be picked up right away.)

It could work for a new WZ gametype, sure, but with it being this late into the game, I don’t see a drastic change like this happening to warzone. Maybe it could follow suite of dominion from halo 4? I personally would play it a lot if this became a new mode in the warzone playlists.
So basically the ordinance drops from Halo 4? (I know you mentioned it)
Personally, I don’t think that’s a bad idea, however instead of all that, it should just simply be opening up a menu where it has all your REQ weapons (And ONLY weapons. Everything else would just be OP), and you can call in an ordinance to drop the desired weapon in front of you. Of course, it has to take some time to get there (A good 5 seconds should be decent), and also a timer to limit how much you can drop onto the field (About 1 drop every 30-60 seconds).
This option would actually be pretty cool for both Warzone and Warzone FF, as it can be used to not only call in weapons for a certain situation instead of dying or running back to base, but also to provide a decent weapon to a teammate or friend (As squad coordination is always good to have).

I actually really like this. It sounds really balanced and it would be cool to call in reqs for my friends who don’t have as many reqs as me since I play more.
