Having Probs w/ Season Pass Content - 2nd thread

I posted this exact thread on the 27th and have gotten no views or comments. I’m really trying to keep my cool but it’s -Yoink!- me off that 343 doesn’t have an email address or any sort of official support line, and instead just leaves its users to get lost among a sea of other forgotten support requests. I need help with all of these issues, and I want it from an actual support staff member.

My problem(s) haven’t changed, so neither will my pasted description of the errors and inconveniences I’m faced with.

So I’ve been having two big issues with Halo Wars 2.

First one involves Halo 5: Guardians - I know that when you preordered the Ultimate Edition (which I did this past Christmas Day) you’d get a bunch of complimentary REQ packs, but I didn’t get a single one, so I want to know what’s up with that and if there’s any chance I can get those. I really, really need those REQ packs, and my heart is set on acquiring the Mark IV helmet + armor. I’d honestly just take that over all the REQ packs, if you kind souls at 343 would do that for me.

Second one, my biggest issue, is that as I said, I preordered the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2, which includes the Season Pass and by extension of that all DLC leaders and Operation: SPEARBREAKER. My gamertag/XBL profile is linked to both the XB1 and PC versions, and I can sign into both just fine. I have all of the Halo Wars 2 content from the SP available on my PC, and it all works just fine, but the problem is that while I have Halo Wars 2 and Halo Wars Definitive Edition available for download and play on my XB1, the expansion content for the former is unavailable.

For anybody who wishes to verify my claim about any or all of this, you can see my Service record and how I’ve played multiple games with different leaders, most principally Jerome (though I still have the most victories with Cutter). Those games were all played on the PC end of HW2 (I purchased it on PC, but was aware of its Play Anywhere function), and as I’ve stated I have all of the content for it. I get any new leaders/DLC as soon as they’re released.So in the end I’m having two big issues that I’d appreciate compensation for. The most pressing is the inability to download the Season Pass or any of its content onto my Xbox One, but I’m aware that you were supposed to get tons of REQ packs for preordering HW2, which I did, but I never got any. Personally I’d be content with just a special themed bundle featuring and guaranteeing the Mark IV Red Team armor, my favorite armor in all of Halo (I’m building a cosplay project of it, for crying out loud - I love it so much), but as much as I hate to say it I have priorities, though that is still one of them.

Any help from 343 Industries or Microsoft would be tremendously appreciated. I love both games (and Halo in an overall sense; I grew up with Halo), but as a fan and consumer I’m sort of disappointed that I don’t have the full content I was supposed to receive.
