In the past month or so I have been experiencing multiple problems with my Halo Reach Account.
The issues I’ve experienced are as follows:

My selected armor and emblem reset to the default armor and a random emblem.

All of my purchased armor gets labeled as new (the star symbol). But all “purchases” stay purchased.

My controls are reset to default.

My Campaign saved data has been “erased” (as far as I know). My Service Record shows that I have completed all the Campaign missions on Legendary, yet when I go to start a Campaign mission, I only have the option to start “Noble Actual.”

Both my “Anniversary Map Pack” and my “UA/HUL[3]” Recon Helmet Attachment (a pre-order bonus) disappear as if “un-purchased” then reappear later.
I am bringing these issues to light because I would like to find the cause or reason for them. Further more, I am curious to see if anyone else has experienced these same issues or has had similar problems. I have speculated that the recent title updates and revised playlist made by 343i may be to blame OR the presence of a hacker (yet in the case of a hacker I don’t see any rhyme or reason behind the motive other than to cause minor upsets).
In retrospect no real damage has been done other than the that lost saved data. It should be known that my friend plays on the same console with me and has not experienced any of the former.
