Having Issues w/ Archive Unlock Codes, HELP!?

This probably isn’t the right plce for this but since there doesn’t seem to be any direct contact info on the site, here it is. I’d really appreciate any advice…

Having problems with the unlock codes, specifically the ones for the Spartan Assault achievements. First off, from what I can tell there should be 4 different sections for 4 different codes, each one tied to a different achievment, but it’s only showing me 2, the ‘flying colors’ one, which worked fine, and the ‘recruit’ one, which, while I have the achievement, won’t accept the code. I also have the ‘prodigy’ achievment, but there’s no box for it, and the codes for both, when I enter them, tell me I still need the achievement. I don’t have the ‘Powered By Mjolnir’ achievement yet so not sure if that one will work, but again, there’s no section for it showing.

Does anyone know what is going on or how I can get this to work? All the other codes have worked fine.

Which version of the game do you have?If you have the Xbox 360/One version, then the only code you can use is the Flying Colours code since this code is specific to these versions. The Recruit, Prodigy and Able Spartan codes cannot be used if you have the console versions.

If you have the Windows 8/Phone 8 version, then you can only use the Recruit, Prodigy and Able Spartan codes since these are specific to the Windows versions of the game. The Flying Colours code does not work with Windows versions.

Hope this clears up some confusion.

Really?! That so strange, why does it not say that ANYWHERE on the page that I can see? I won’t even get into how silly it is not to have them work with console…

Which page are you referring to? This official page does say which code is for Xbox One and 360, and which codes are for Windows 8 and Windows Phone.
