You have good internet but keep lagging and booted out of matches? Do what i did and upgrade your modem. You will be very pleased at how you no longer have these issues. If you do lag its only for a second and you dont get disconnected anymore. Its just because your not like those other people with a -Yoink- modem anymore. Your ranks going up and never coming back down.
