I have every certification and it is so rare to get a legendary vehicle and or weapon.
That shouldn’t be right.
I have 0 wasps and 0 camos or overshields (I don’t call in weapons, I just use pistol all game and br at range). If they had implemented a way to buy certain reqs (Ex: Camo pack gives you 10 different camos for 25,000 or whatever) I would be thrilled, but I don’t realistically see them adding this into the game.

Not sure what you’re talking about. I have all the certs, and it feels like every other gold I open now has at least one legendary. Every pack has a couple of ultra rares at least. Every few packs will usually yield me a mythic or two.

In my case it isn’t getting Legendary and Mythic cards that is the issue. It’s just that once you unlock, say a Phaeton Helios Cert. Yes, you’re getting it more often, but then you unlock all the other Certs and now you’re just as likely to get that Helios as everything else. Makes the Cert worthless once you have them all.

I hardly get legendary vehicles. And for the life of me can not get a wasp.
To many carbines, supressurs and warthog varients.

This is exactly what bothers me about certifications. Assuming all certifications increase drop rates similarly, wouldn’t getting all of them be the same as not having a single one?
If if that’s the case, they should be removed in Halo 6. Free up like, 150 REQ unlocks. Would help make the damn grind more manageable without spending money.
It would be nice if they added some categories to the packs, like Gold Vehicle, Power up, and Weapon etc. At least you would improve your chances a bit with that.
RNG system drive me nuts. It would be nice to be able to get a weapons pack, vehicle pack, or a boost pack. But they want you to spend lots of money hoping to get what you are after. So I don’t see them changing anything in the near future.
It only costs 4000 points a pack once you have everything unlocked. Some things like the phaeton and wasp are too rare though
It’s pretty annoying for sure, I practically never get a wasp or suppressors despite having all certs, it’s as if I don’t even have the certs for those.

I open many packs believe me but i never get them.
That’s an unfortunate side effect of having so many vehicles and weapons. Maybe one solution would be to have a diamond pack which guarantees at least one legendary or mythic REQ item, but it would cost two or three times as much as a gold pack.

YES THAT’S BRILLIANT.
But you must have all certifications in order to buy it. Because other wise you would see Game withs tons of n00bs using Phaetons and NornFangs.
Once you have all the certs you should buy mixes of golds and silvers if you want a good mix of high level reqs and low level reqs in your inventory
