Hey there just wondering to where the Warzone REQ pack bundle has gone? Its been a couple months since i last saw it in-game and have yet to see it, i have a Warzone REQ downloaded in my Halo 5 downloads but have yet to receive any. Im not even entirely sure that i have received all my packs and was hoping to get an update or some help on this matter. I have purchased the bundle multiple times and have received all the packs per week but suddenly sropped. Hope someone could help me.
Hey. When did you first purchase the Warzone bundle? If you know the date I can help you work out when your last 2 packs would have dropped. Regarding multiple bundles, you can only redeem one bundle per gamertag (unless you were one of those that 343 granted an additional bundle to). Did you perhaps buy the Arena bundle the second time and not the Warzone bundle?
What i ment by ive purchased multiple i mean I received my 14 packs for the week and when that week was up I purchased the bundle again, regarding when i first purchased the bundle i can’t remember that was a long time ago, and that also reminds me the Arena Bundle hasn’t appeared either and i have that in my downloads too. All i can remember is that i purchased these like a few months ago and have yet to be able to re buy them so im not sure whats going on or if im the only one but Im pretty sure I should have been able to re buy them at some point but have had no luck.
What stckrboy meant was that both the Warzone REQ Bundle and the Arena REQ Bundle can only be redeemed once per gamertag. So you can’t buy another after your first one, and if you did somehow it won’t be redeemed (unless you bought a second bundle before Jan 25, 2016). If you have previously bought a Warzone bundle or Arena bundle and gotten the 14 packs from them, you are now ineligible from ever getting another one of those bundles.
Oh okay i get it thanks for the help i was just really confused on why i wasent getting any. Just one more point why am i not aloud to receive any more packs or buy it? Seems a bit weird to stop players from spending their money on the game.

I’m guessing that because the bundles can grant such rare items, including legendary and mythics, 343i decided to limit 1 bundle per player for balancing.
