Haven't received any packs from Warzone req bundle

I’ve had the Warzone req bundle for 4 or 5 weeks now and have yet to get any packs from it.

I’m having the exact same issue, and a lot of others seem to have the problem as well. If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be much appreciated.

I am also having this problem. If you or anyone knows how to fix this or get a hold of 343 please tell me. I called Microsoft they sent me here so no help from them.
