Haven't got SR152 reward

I hit SR152 in Halo 5 months before Infinite launch but haven’t got the reward. Someone suggested I check my redeem code on my profile but there’s nothing there, can anyone help please? Thanks

I’m 152 in halo 5 too but haven’t received the rewards in infinite either. I’m not sure if there’s something we’re supposed to do.

Separate issue, but I’ve still yet to receive my Anniversary Bundle unlocks for Infinite (been on a support ticket for like two weeks.) Their system seems just abysmal at tracking unlocks at all

How do you submit a supprt ticket? Im missing my flighting emblem

I got the guardians bounty in redeem section there is no code attached just says I have it yet it’s not anywhere ! I have no idea what the deal is maybe it will get released later wish they would tell us though

So just to get back to you guys, I put in a support ticket and after getting past the bot that reply’s I got the reward, so worth doing if you haven’t got it yet.
