Tried to do the hard reset to clear the cache and nothing. Please help me have a chance for the game to work.

I wasn’t prompted, but I still got it. Must have downloaded it automatically.
It’s a solid like 1.4 gig or whatnot update, I think you would know if it did it, even automatically. When you go to matchmaking now, and press Y (for the mold), does it contain their newest message/info from 11/20? (I believe that’s the date). For me, I had to do a hard reset and it worked. I hope it works for you soon! Don’t expect much though!
The Xbox One downloads updates (including game updates) automatically every night, while your console is “shut off.” So it shouldn’t prompt you. When I turned my console on, the little Halo tile said “Updating 100%.” I had no idea it updated automatically.
Not that it matters – matchmaking is still severely broken.

I still have that meld message that says it will be available soon, also I did not see that 100% updating on there. Another weird thing is people are telling me that if it says players found on the left when a few seconds after you start the search then you have the update. Mine only ever says searching for players =(.
Does anyone know of something I could look for that got introduced into the game due to the update? Like a bug or what not?

Ahh… That’s the ticket… Last updates prompted… Probably because i was in game when it hit… Got the new message so guessing it auto updated… Cool beans… At least I’m equally unable to play like the rest… 
when i open my meld i still have the message from 11/20 that says the update is live and should be available soon. i never saw my Xbox say updated 100%. is it safe to assume i have it if my icons do the spinning thing and i see it say players found and connecting to session on the left side?
would the total game size change? mine is 59.1 gb
