So the new update is dropping in just a few weeks and there is a new arena map named mercy. From my understanding, it is a haven remake with a darker theme and this is very exciting to me as haven was one of my favorite maps of all time in halo. What are your thought on the new update?

Honestly, I wish we had a fresh, all-new layout with this map aesthetic. More wasted potential…
For all we know, Haven may actually play better in H5, but it wasn’t even that great of a map in the first place… It just had a few traits that players were looking for in a map, in H4, and players flocked to it. The “bases” feel very basic and lazy. If they were a little more elaborate, maybe I’d enjoy the map a little more… but idk, aside from a couple jump-ups, it just feels so flat and uninteresting.
They should’ve built a map around the architectural/structural themes of Sunaion…
