ok for some reason the Ordnance for the Sticky Detonator and the needler spawn in the ground for haven. anyone else have this problem?

i saw a guy get it one time, not fully sure how, but i chased a guy up to a needler spawn and next thing i know im a pink mist
If you look on the ceiling (below the level where they would spawn) you can see the green ordnance case poking out the bottom. I’m haven’t tested if you can jetpack up to them and get them but if someone wants to try that go ahead. This does need to be fixed though.
I saw this issue in the Team Regicide playlist. Does this affect all gametypes now?
