so I was playing in noctus and decided to pull out a prophets bane because reasons. The enemy team where trapped in the monument so I was waiting for a team push, and then from the sudden … You know what happened. Exactly, my console disconnected for the server.

Have You lost any mythic or legendary req by the courtesy of our beloved servers?

I lost my Nornfang in Battle of Noctus due to the fact that I got mauled by knights that SPAWNED IN THE MONUMENT.

That’s horrible. No one deserves to lose a nornfang. I feel for you man.

I lost a CE pistol to lag beyond tolerance. I couldn’t even move without lagging all over the place. I don’t care since I suck with the thing anyways but if it just happened to be a nornfang… Oh boy. I would be so damn furious.

I remember a time… (Really only 4 days ago but for the dramatic effect, let’s pretend we’re having a cool flashback to 30 years ago)

I had just stepped out of the Garage. Armed with a Sir. Bane of Prophets AND a smoooooooth Whispered Truth… Teammate splattered me with a warthog, looted my corpse like a vulture and ran off

The end

I was a very sad faced person after that.

I feel for you guys.But I lost not only a whispered truth but also a phaeton in the same game.First,I finally got to fly a phaeton in a matchmaking game,then two regular banshees istantly killed me.Then I spawned at the spire with a whispered truth when I touched the ground a teammate ghost splattered me.when I respawned,I ran for the weapon then just before I grabbed it,a teammate stole it then another teammate ghost splattered me and not the guy who stole my weapon.No comment after that game

Who did you kill and where did you hide the body?

I’ve lost more things than one to disconnect, but a few to bad timing. Some of these aren’t mythic but are still pretty rare

Here are a few of each-

Whispered Truth in December/January- Disconnect

Selene’s Lance- disconnect (February I think)

Corpsemaker- disconnect (day after it came out)

Nornfang- bad timing. Team was at 899 when I spawned it in. I walked over the hill towards the enemy base and know what happens? “We’ve destroyed the enemy core!”

Yeah, they left the core open and someone ran in with a rocket launcher and ended it.
And no, we weren’t farming.

Blaze of Glory- bad timing. Spawned in, got betrayed.

Halo CE Magnum- bad timing. Same story as above. In both cases it was a jerk teammate in a Ghost, and me spawning in their way.

Halo CE Magnum (again)- bad spawn. I spawned my first one in H5G ever. Know what happened? I was in the middle of a sniper fight, and spawned just as an enemy shot. Not even a chance to move.
