I was playing the campaign on legendary. What I saw was the Promethean Soldiers were spawning weapons. The Soldier was holding Light Rifle and the Suppressor spawned on Soldier’s hand and Light Rifle was gone in front of me. It was weird that in Warzone and campaign, most Soldiers were using Light Rifle to kill players, but when we killed them, they dropped Suppressor most of the time. Did anyone noticed this? Soldier can spawn weapons on their hands.
They swap weapons depending on how close a player is to them. Light rifle (Normal soldier or Captain soldier) or Binary rifle (Sniper soldier only) for mid to long range, Light rifle (Sniper soldier only) Supressor (Soldier) or Scattershot (Captain soldier only) for mid to close range
