Have you ever done a continuous Halo trilogy marathon?

I sat down with my friend on the 26th June at around lunch time. We thought it would be a fun to play through the entire trilogy as this is the kind of pointless endeavour you take on during the summer.

It took 18 hours to play through the entire trilogy on normal. I’ve gotta say it was absolutely incredible to do so.

Anybody else done this? You must, if you haven’t.

I’ve done it a few times and once from Halo Wars, Halo Reach the triology with Halo 3: ODST after Metropolis on Halo 2 :stuck_out_tongue:

in one sitting though?

Not yet.

I will do this once I get my HDMI cable and 5.0 surround sound.

I’ve been secretly considering playing through all of the FPS games on Solo Legendary and seeing how many levels I could get through as a charity event, for quite some time now… even giving it so much thought as to conceive a concept where my sponsors could agree to donate more per level that I manage to get through.

But I’ve heard of video gamers dying from exhaustion. And I know that playing through Halo: Reach, Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3: ODST and Halo 3 in a row in one single session would be no short feat. I’d play properly too, no speedrunning.

So because of the effort that it would take, I’d want to make sure I could get as much publicity as possible to raise money. Maybe have a live stream? Maybe have an online donation? But I have no idea how to do those things yet. So… I’m just thinking about it for the moment. xD
