I’m also a Daily Challenge completionist, but I didn’t realise they existed on 14th/15th of September so I missed 2 over those 2 days.
Long story short:
Have done every Daily since Sep 16th (Missed 2 across 14th/15th)
Lost 1 Complete Challenge on the Bungie/343 Changeover, lost another 3 when the was a server hiccup a few weeks later.
Randomly gained 7 Challenges abotu 2 weeks ago.
So I’ve done every Daily since Sep 16th and I should have 2 missing.
But yeah no problems with the Weeklys so wooooo 52/52
EDIT: Sorry BS Angel I don’t know how to turn my stats page into a direct link thing, if you need me to change it I’ll figure it out, but hopefully you’ll manage from what I posted

I have completed 65. Its weird when i got my eclipse it jumped up to 65. i have no idea what it was before. it must be a glitch in stats. Bungie.net has the same also.
