It just happened to me and wasted a legendary boost and i was doing really well. It’s not like the ghost has good brakes you know? If you run in front of me your going down 
What’s your most heartbreaking “boot”?
I remember jumping out of a damaged Wasp because I didn’t want to die, only for it to squash a teammate when it hit the ground 
I blew up a mongoose that was driving full speed toward me. When I did, I jumped out of the way of the burning wreckage now barreling toward me only for it to kill a teammate who was behind me. I got credited for killing my teammate. It was kinda funny.
I think I havent been booted but I have a friend that bought an xbox one this january and we started to play legendary ff together, so once he saw somebody was shooting me and he betrayed him, then again somebody was pushing me and he betrayed him with a ghost xD. My friend was very upset because he didn’t know our teammates could boot him. He was doing justice by his own hehehe.
2 or 3 times I have seen dudes betraying 2 teammates in the last seconds of firefight with a wraith and been booted right after kill the last boss, they waste like 15 minutes for nothing. Or they forget that they had already betrayed someone and get booted in the last seconds of the game because they betrayed other dude in the last second😂
Can you be forgiven once just for cheating right? then if you cheat a second time you may have exploded right?
I have booted people in firefight who just have wraiths/banshees and they ram people for no good reason.
In Firefight, I splattered someone literally a second before the game ended and I got booted.

Only in griffball I think. Nothing heartbreaking. Always sucks to get booted for unintentional happenstance.
you dont have booted for only one betrayal. you must have betrayed like 3 people
I don’t remember splattering more than one person, but it was a long time ago so it’s possible that it was more at the end of the game. Now I just splatter people after it says Victory since the game is officially over.
I mistakenly squashed 2 team mates in a row with a ghost during a warzone firefight round… got booted for that.
The ghost is my thing. I love the ghost. In H4 i have clips of me getting 60-70 kills in the ghost in CTF matches while defending my flag, so i always spawn them when i have them.

Within 60 seconds then had our base, and the enemy base, and were advancing on the home base. I had been chasing a guy who was trying to sneak past and capture something to close their gates, and had been away from the action for a moment. I was eager to get back, and after killing him started hauling -Yoink- back towards the fight. I rounded a corner, and blasted through a large doorway as 5 of my teammates ran past on the other side. I never saw them and they never had a chance. Instant boot.

Always weird to me when someone gets booted for a high-speed splatter. Unless it’s apparent it was intentional, the assumption should be that it wasn’t. Momentum is momentum and that will happen.

It’s definitely possible. The ghost has really good control. Spartans tends to pop out of nowhere and it’s often very difficult to avoid an occasional splatter.
Sometimes the game will give you a bad spawn. I had a teammate spawn 2 feet in front of me in a BTB game while I was going full speed in a Ghost so the splatter was unavoidable.

I agree they should just turn off friendly splattering (at least in Warzone FF). After all, you can take a -Yoink!- ROCKET to the face without any damage!
Do you get booted after one splat? I’ve been intentionally splatted by the same person twice before they gave the option to boot them
