After all this recent trailers and Hunt the Truth and Hunt the Signal, we’ve been given some new info, like the addition of Blue team.
BUT we are missing the most important piece of information that 343 gave us.
Remember the first trailer? I’m talking about the one with the Master Chief walking through a desert and finding the bird construct. Remember what the Chief was wearing?
Exactly. A PONCHO!
And I’m asking now: where is the poncho? There was even an action figure of the Chief with that poncho, and now it’s completely gone.
Please 343i, give us back the poncho.
That cutscene is placed further into Halo 5 is what people assume. Not directly at the start or right now when Hunt the Truth is displayed. From countless theories and analyses people have come with the conlcusion of that he’s AWOL ans is on the ark to find mendicant bias which is assumed to be that giant bird thingy.
It’s not forgotten, just laid asside for the lack of info about it.

How is poncho needed for someone, who wears MJOLNIR armour? He doesn’t like when sand rubs the paint off?
That poncho was made to make him mysterious and cool. I’d say that’s the reason for which it should be added as multiplayer’s model, but I remember how I hate ghillie suit in CoD multiplayer…
It would be pretty cool if there was an easter egg of MC dancing in a poncho and sombrero with grunts.
