Serious question… 343 seems to have just stopped trying… servers have been unstable since launch an DC issues are everywhere in any game mode. Balance is a joke, an now even here on forums they have pretty much stopped trying to assist an provide answers.
They only come to put up patch note it seems, an dispose of really offensive post. Other than that, no longer reply. I love this series an this game has serious potential, but at this rate, just seems like it wont get there besides pumping out leaders for income…
ske7ch has been good at replying in various places, right now I imagine everyone is in E3 mode so replies will calm a little. Balance patch for June is being worked on an will be released at some point post-E3. For now, please keep the forums clear for logging actual support requests. Just because they aren’t replying directly, doesn’t mean that all the bug reports and issues that are being reported aren’t being collected and passed on to CA where appropriate
