Just what the title says. Has anyone ever recorded or seen Quandale Dingle in the Halo universe? Whether it may be on a human colony world, Earth (most likely sighting location IMO), an alien planet, one of the Rings themselves, or simply outer space, has he been seen anywhere? If so, what was he up to?
