and i played about 16 games of winter con. and havnt received nameplates yet

Yeah I’m having similar issues I did not receive the BHM and winter contingency nameplates and I played earlier this week but still received the hearts one.
is there a certain amount of matches for the winter contingency icons it just says “Players can earn these two new nameplates between February 5th and February 18th by completing matches within the Winter Contingency featured category”
