i purchased my req bundle over a month ago and still havent received it… i have contacted microsoft and they sent me over here to you guys in hopes that you can help me resolve this issue. it says it is installed under my games and apps but i have not received not one pack and its been a month. the game also doesnt even give me the option to purchase it again.

The same thing is happening too and I purchased this DLC on 10/ 30 the second week since the game first came out. Then it had stopped giving me more REQ Pack in Half the month of November. I have already talk to the Microsoft supporter last night and they said they fixed it but if it didn’t work, I would have to come here and ask you guy here on this site and if you don’t fix this I at least want my money back if you guys are not going to fix this issue that me and TOPSZNxMIKE is having

that sucks im just upset that i cant even purchase it again if i wanted to the option is completely gone… i would like my 25$ back or something equal to that value. i contacted microsoft and they directed me here.

I am having the same issues used the code that came with my game says the bundle is there but no items. Been on the phone to microsoft for 4 hrs they then said they couldnt help and to contact you guys. Something needs to be done A.S.A.P as its bull and im not happy!!!

Im hoping they get back to us soon then as unfortunately this is the only way we can contact them. * cross fingers* u can at least get a refund if they cant fix the code pack or at least give us something else in return

Its funny how they say they are looking into it and never follow up. You would think after the backlash of MCC they would make sure to give the best support.
i finally got my pack today so either they fixed the glitch or it got lost in cyber space and took nearly a week to get back to me
sorry it was my mistake the pack i got was an event pack not the pack i warzone req pack >.<

i think im just going to give up and take the loss, i dont know how difficult this could be to fix i have all the proof that it was bought and that it is on my account. i know they can check if i have received my packs or not. i just want compensation
