I purchased the warzone and arena req pack bundles on halo 5, they are suppose to give you 14 packs each of their respective packs, they do this over a 7 week period and give 2 each week on the reset day (Tuesday I believe) after 4 weeks the packs stopped being given to me, they are in my data for the game however after giving it a few months just to make sur sit was not a temporary issue they packs still are not being given, I have received 8 of each bundle and no more since the start of September
