Hello, I’ve been invited to play Halo Infinite this last weekend and this week, however, I have not received the Halo Infinite Friend Code email and I’d like to play with a buddy.
Yea it’s a problem most people are having unfortunately. Most mods have no clue what’s going on I think

Mod don’t work for 343 - we have no insight into these emails or why some users haven’t received them
Is there someone we should contact regarding not receiving the friend code?
Agreed. I got mine but two of my friends who play with me have not received their codes. Both have Gmail and it was not in their Promotions folder, which some people found it in.
Yeah, same here.
Not sure where the promotions folder is. Last time I got my code was not through my outlook, but through the halo waypoint message center (messages). I too did not get a new code. Seems this was easier to implement on xbox as for PC they need to generate a whole new set of steam keys to be passed out.

Same here, promised my bro that I’d give him the key when I get sent it, but alas it hasn’t happened.
Same thing here. Last time they sent wrong codes, now they didn’t send them at all

Yep, tried to open a ticket and they basically gave me the finger saying they can’t generate new codes.
If the game is for Xbox and PC I’m Not really sure why PC users have to jump through hoops for the preview when it’s free for Xbox. And if you offer something like the buddy code, make an effort to follow through with it.
I got a message saying I’m invited but have received no code to actually be able to join. Damn shame I was really wanting to give it a go.
if you go to the top right, click your profile pic, go to halo insider, scroll down to the active flights, on the right side should be your code if they didnt email it to you, thats how i found mine but no buddy codes yet

I got nothing there. Got nothing in the insider app. No email. All I got was a DM from Xbox saying I was invited.

if your on xbox, download the insider app, go to previews and download it from there.
Would If I had an Xbox. But I’m on PC.
