So I messed up, I really messed up!- I waited days for that code, Waiting at 50 to get it and got so excited I shut my brain off and clicked it when it arrived. Not realizing my Gamertag is one email- My billing is another- It was sent to my billing email- I clicked and activated it on a Gamertag that is not an account that was ever used. Any help or contact person at 343 that could see me out of this rock/hard place? /Bummed so very bummed.
I did the same exact thing man. It sucks. Someone told me to contact 343 tech support, yet I have no clue as how to get there.
343 doesn’t have tech support and seeing as the email didn’t come from them it would be useless to call them anyway. Call Xbox support, the Xbox team is who sent out the emails.
Well its good to know I am not alone, I have never been so excited followed by such a crash. My own ancy fault.
Wow I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. I love how the email also -Yoinking!- provides NO information about what it is. It just says “gift from xbox live”. This was done in a horrible manner. I can’t believe 343…
