Have Cairo Station achievement, no Mark VI scarred

I completed Cairo Station about 50 times, but never got the achievement for it, but now I went back and got it so I could get the scarred version but it isn’t showing up. Did I do it too late? or should I give it a while to load, its been a couple hours since I got the achievement.

Same I did it at my friends house got the achievement for my account went back home load up halo 5 and not there been 2 days!
