Ok, now obviously ive played Halo 2 and have since the day it came out. Ive played online, every map, campaign, etc…
Just recently and have been alot latley, I play Halo 2 by myself since its offline. I like to run around, Frolicking, jumping in the wind…
When all the sudden, weird things start happening…
Now i want to let yall know first that everything i say, im completley serious about
*On the map, Waterworks, I was running around, been in the game about 45 sec. to a minuete over by the red base and I hear a explosion from across the map, now im alone in the game. So i go across to the Blue base and cant find anything wrong, no destruction or anything. (Also, i didnt shoot, throw grenades or drive vehicles at all). AND the next thing i see at blue base the Ghost that spawns there, is upside down evenly without ANY Scratches, damages, etc… Now i have no clue what that was about. I know for a fact though there are default backgroud map noises that are creepy sounding but how do i explain this starnge activity…
Have yall seen anything weird, most likley in halo 2
It’s been quite a few years since I played waterworks, or H2 for that matter, but if memory serves, waterworks had stalagtites in the ceiling that fell every so often randomly. Most likely one of them fell on top of some of the barrels in one of the bases.
> lol nooooo

> But seriouslt, im not kidding, i dont know what could of done that but one thing i did afterwards was look at the map description.

> I forgot what it says for waterworks but i think it had something to do with forerunners like most H2 maps. So i dont know
No, srsly! A bungie dude cut his wrists in the bathroom one day over a mechanic he didn’t like making it in and he died after wondering through the studio spreading blood on damn near everything.
Somehow his blood touched the final build of the game just as he died, and now you can see his ghost in Waterworks, Lockout as well as a few others.
Dude I have a very similar problem. My friend was playing on Waterworks with me, telling me about his experience with the Ghost of Waterworks, when I suddenly hear something. You know how in Halo 2, after you destroy a Ghost, it makes this electric noise as it spazzes out and explodes again? Yeah, well, that’s what I heard with my friend. Twice. We never blew up any ghosts, and we didn’t cause any pillars to fall, and I knew it wasn’t my friend because he was standing right in front of me.
A few weeks later, I go on Waterwoks ALONE this time (Big mistake). A few minutes of me just running around, and I hear the noise again. I got so scared that I immediately ended my game and almost cried, no joke.
This is is my theory: When the Ghost of Waterworks is near you, he makes that noise…
