IMPORTANT NOTICE! 343i has released some server updates to fix Warzone and Arena in other countries, if you were one of those people you may still be experiencing these issues but they are working on fixing them. Other glitches/bugs are going to be fixed in the next patch that should release soon.
Hello everyone, I see that a lot of people are having issues with matchmaking so hopefully I can help you guys with some of the issues that all of you are having. Please note that I am just one of you guys and I have no power over the server or 343i. If you need any help with something specific comment it below and I will try to help you with it ASAP or some one else will do so.
Warzone Offline? There seems to be a lot of countries not being able to connect to the servers, refer to the list below if you are having this issue
Chile - Brasil - Uruguay - Perú - Australia - Malaysia - China - Japan - Korea - Singapure - Scotland - EnglandRandomly disconnecting from fire team I myself have had this issue, here is how you can avoid this from happening:
have an Open NAT type - Xbox status set to online - Avoid betraying each other - Don’t go AFKPromotional DLC not unlocking
This is fairly common for a lot of people, try these steps and see if it works for you
Re-load your account (Delete your account and then add it back) - Wait a few days (It took 2 days for my first Warzone bundle to come in) - Code not working? (Contact Microsoft support with your receipt or the other retailer who sold you the game)Known Error Messages
Your fireteam has changed - Could not find server suitable for fireteam members - You have been disconnected from the local networkGold Req packs not giving out anything good? Buy 20 bronze packs then 20 silver packs (Problem solved

First hard reset your console, for that doesn’t work try re installing the game, I know you may not want to do that but it usually helps

hello i got the req pack bundle and never received any of the req packs I’ve tried reinstalling it and i never received the pre-order pack … i pre-ordered from Xbox market place, i also understand that we are to only received two req packs a week so, i don’t expect much but its already into week two and nothing has been received. i would like some help if you are able to provide some.

I’d stop using your bonuses until the patch drops so that this wont be an issue for you

I wouldn’t suggest relying on luck, I’d go take a jab at 343
My only problem right now is I start lagging when people use the mic. This is an issue with warzone because most matches contain people that have mics. Even if they are just breathing I lag because of it.
It’s not just with Warzone for me. It’s with all of the arena modes as well except for the Arena and Slayer modes. I’ve been searching the forums and web for days, no comments or announcements from 343 at all regarding this issue.

Mute the players, maybe that will temporarily fix this?
Literally cannot play with my roomates same connection open nat, forwarded ports and we get disconnected. I’ll dc then he will play, we join up, then he dc’s, then ill dc etc… Any one know what to do?
