I’m just wondering have they Addressed the forge spawn glitch where you can move in a forge map with no respawn points. Is there a fix to it?
I keep looking at all these post try to figure out if anyone has found away yet and still nothing I’m disappointed that there’s no fix yet
The thing I have seen and read says to get a buddy to spawn in and leave and keep joining back and they might spawn in to drop a respawn
Not sure but I hope so. I have heard there is a solution. If a friend joins in progress he can move and then he spawns in an initial spawn but idk if that works.
No, but keep posting about it so it gains their attention.
On all of my maps that still work after saving and re-loading, I found that keeping one Inital Spawn, one Respawn and one of the red Cameras from the original map let me continue to edit it over previous saves.
I have no idea if this helps but I always Save As a new map when I am finished.

True, however, previous versions of Forge had Forge specific spawn points that were invisible to the player and thus were a safety net for the nooblets.
The lack of such a feature and the result of it’s absence points towards it’s inevitable classification as a glitch or as I prefer; an oversight.

I’ve experienced this issue as far back as Halo Reach, even with the hidden spawns. This is more of a, you shouldn’t save a map with no spawn/respawn in place, issue than it is a glitch. If you can’t spawn in, inv a friend and have them place a respawn point. If that doesn’t work, both of you need to hard reset your consoles and try again until it does. There are only three things you must have in a forge map and that’s spawns, respawns, and at least 1 static camera so people aren’t staring at the default camera outside of the map.
