I would like some clarification on how to get it. I think Bungie gave it away on Halloween last year or something but I’m not sure how to unlock it.

you have to be inheritor and have all the helmets. it is then available for 1 CR.

You don’t need the attachments, just the helmet. But I guess since by the time you hit inheritor you get the Cr you need for the entire armory and then some.

Did they? I don’t think I got on Live that year, actually.

They didn’t, the haunted helmet had absolutely nothing to do with Halloween, yet.
