I still havent seen anything regarding about weather effects in Forge for Halo 4 and i was wondering if anyone has heard of it being confirmed or not.

Well then i guess that will make Forge boring and nothing good for it. Weather effects would have been something WAY better if they would have added it.
I think there’s still a chance that the other forge world environments could be different terrains with different weather. E.g. We don’t know that we won’t get a sandy world or a snowy night time world, so hang in there friend 
to be honest why would you need weather affects. they wouldn’t even make sense with a maps structure. couldnt you just have a map that is rainy or a map that is snowy. though one option I wish they would add to forge would be time of day. we need more night maps.

I can see a problem with weather effects for example:
-Its raining-
-you place roof-
-rain comes through roof-
-you get wet-
You see what i’m trying to say?
