Wait now I’m confused. I’m in est and at around 10:15 est you said 3 hours which would mean 1:15 pm est. So wouldn’t it be 10:15 pst?

It will be around 1pm for you. As has been recommended in other threads concerning this. Also make sure after the update you reboot, and wait a couple of more hours after that to start purchasing REQ’s.
