Has the "Extras" menu been confirmed?

I’ve seen a couple of videos that showcased the HCEA’s main menu. Some main menu’s have extras menus, others don’t.

Do we know if this exists or is just something people are making for attention?

I hope it has cinematics so we can watch them whenever we want.

I see in the new BTS: Terminals video that you can view the Terminals as you like after you find them I am assuming. This may be in the extras menu.
