I doubt ill get the voice pack. Just luke the challenger pack. Couldnt stay logged in . Nit sure why i only ever have net issues when i comes to events like these. Wifi for the loss

Still haven’t received mine hopefully they will get it fixed unless there’s something I can do to contact them to help reach a solution on both sides

wel i’d love to, but for some reason Xbox Support just keeps on loading nothing i’ve waited for about 30mins and still nothing and the live status say everything should be working :confused:

Try loading the page in a new tab or a new browser, just checked and it’s working fine for me. Alternatively try searching for Xbox Mixpot FAW and it should bring up the same page

it wont let me post anything it just says
“Failed to send”

I would reach out to Xbox Live support about that then, outside our domain here i’m afraid

Just went through the support process via xbox.com/mixpot. It was really painless.

Simply create a message in the Support section and describe the issue. You will be contacted by official staff who will send you a code via Xbox Live.
Redeem the code on the Xbox Live market, get back to Waypoint and check your reqs! Voilà!

Please be patient and courteous with the staff, they are having a LOT of requests.

You’re lucky in this instance. I posted there late last night, 6 hours ago (in Discussion section) and 1 hour ago in the Support section and I’ve had no one contact me to resolve this issue.

No contact here either. Posted 8 hours ago.

If it isn’t showing up in your packs, check the store and see if you can “download” it. When it completes, click launch from your notifications. That’s what I did and now it shows up. If it doesn’t say “you already own this” in the store, then you know for sure it didn’t go through.

Had the same experience as Sp00kyM0nk. Posted my message in the support tab early monday (european time so really early US) and got it maybe 10-12 hours later.

Same here guys…posted a message on the support forum. Woke up this morning and the code was there! Thx to MS support for the quick reply .
