Okay, as stated I contacted support and open a new topic with my request. A couple hours later received the code for the req pack containing the voices of war. Was pretty fast to be honest 
I went to the site stckrboy linked. It worked.
Just don’t expect a super fast result like some of the posters here have experienced. Took just shy of 48 hours for me. But still got it.
They seem to be still be getting a lot of messages about the hcs packs so it may take awhile or it may be right away. But it does work.
Now to try out these announcers

click on the link stckr put in one of his replies and post a support message and it should take about 24h for them to responded then when they do go to Xbox messages and claim the code they will send you. I did that and I got mine this morning

Yep, as long as you do so before Sunday. Someone should get back to you within around 48 hours, or there abouts

Ok, great. Thanks so much for the help. And thank you for all the work you and the other mods have been doing these past few days due to the fallout from unspeakable events. It’s a thankless job, and I can’t imagine the abuse you guys are getting in your inboxes from disgruntled members.
